I didn't set out to build a marketing consulting business. It happened naturally.

Over the years, local business owners began reaching out after following my content, asking how I approach marketing, branding, and growth. What started as quick conversations and sharing advice behind the scenes turned into something much bigger.

I've spent years building and refining strategies through real experience, not theory. Testing what works, adjusting what doesn't, and creating systems that consistently drive attention, engagement, and results.

Today, I work closely with a select number of businesses to help them elevate how they show up and grow with intention.

With a marketing degree, 30+ years of real-world marketing and sales experience, and 12 years in real estate including owning an independent boutique brokerage, I bring a depth of perspective most coaches simply don't have. I don't teach theory. I teach what actually works, because I use it every single day to grow my own business.

I've spent over 30 years in marketing and sales, long before I ever got into real estate. I have a marketing degree, a deep belief that consistent, intentional marketing is what separates businesses that grow from businesses that stay stuck. Most businesses are sitting on more opportunity than they realize. They just need the right strategy to unlock it.

Twelve years ago I stepped into real estate and moved quickly. Within a couple of years I was managing for a major national brokerage. I was good at it. But the longer I was there, the harder it became to ignore what was broken. Vanilla systems. Outdated training. An environment that quietly encouraged agents to compete with each other instead of genuinely grow. Clients were getting a transaction when they deserved a full experience.

So I left and built something better. Indiana Gold Group Real Estate is an independent boutique brokerage in Plainfield, Indiana built on a completely different philosophy: when agents are truly supported, trained, and operating from an abundance mindset, clients feel the difference. Everything about how we operate was designed with intention. The marketing, the culture, the systems, the standard. All of it.

I've also been mentoring agents for years. Long before coaching was part of my brand, I was the person other agents called when they were stuck: on their marketing, their mindset, their business. At Indiana Gold Group, coaching my agents is just part of how I lead. It's built into the culture. So when local business owners started reaching out asking how I approach marketing, what I post, how I get results without constantly running paid ads, it felt like a natural extension of what I was already doing every day.

I still run my brokerage every single day. That's what makes this different. I'm not teaching from a course or a playbook I read once. I'm sharing what I'm actively doing right now to grow a real business in a competitive market.
