Terms of Service

Welcome! These terms outline the agreement between you and Shelly Wilson Social Coach when you use my website or purchase coaching services. By booking a session, signing up for a coaching package, or using this website, you agree to these terms. Please read through them so we are on the same page.

About My Services

Shelly Wilson Social Coach provides social media coaching and strategy services for local business owners. This includes:

• One-time strategy sessions where we dig into your social media presence and build an actionable plan
• Monthly coaching packages that provide ongoing guidance, accountability, and support for your social media efforts
• Video editing add-on services available alongside monthly coaching packages

My role is to coach, guide, and equip you with the knowledge and strategy to show up on social media with confidence. I do not manage your accounts or post on your behalf. This is coaching, not done-for-you social media management.

Pricing and Payment

Current service pricing is as follows:

• Strategy Session: $297 (one-time payment)
• Monthly Coaching: $400, $600, or $1,500 per month depending on the tier selected
• Video Editing Add-On: $300 to $450 per month (available with monthly coaching packages)

Monthly coaching packages require a 3-month minimum commitment and are billed monthly. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a service, you authorize the agreed-upon charges to your payment method.

Pricing is subject to change. Any changes to pricing will apply to new agreements only and will not affect your current commitment mid-term.

Refund Policy

Strategy Sessions: Once a strategy session has been delivered, it is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please reach out at least 24 hours in advance and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Monthly Coaching: Monthly coaching packages require a 3-month minimum term. After your minimum commitment has been fulfilled, you may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Payments already made for the current billing period are non-refundable. If you cancel before completing your minimum term, you remain responsible for the balance of the 3-month commitment.

No Guarantee of Results

I will give you my best strategies, honest feedback, and full support. However, I cannot guarantee specific results such as follower counts, engagement rates, revenue increases, or any other business outcome. Social media success depends on many factors, including your effort, consistency, industry, and audience. My coaching provides tools and guidance, but results will vary from client to client.

Your Responsibilities

To get the most from our work together, I ask that you:

• Show up prepared for scheduled sessions
• Provide accurate information about your business and social media accounts
• Implement the strategies we discuss (I can coach you, but you have to do the work!)
• Communicate openly if something is not working for you

Intellectual Property

My materials: All coaching frameworks, templates, guides, strategies, and content I provide to you remain my intellectual property. You are welcome to use them for your own business, but you may not resell, redistribute, or share them with others without my written permission.

Your content: Any content you create, including social media posts, images, videos, and other materials, remains yours. I will never claim ownership of your content.

Confidentiality

I respect the privacy of your business information. Anything you share with me during our coaching relationship will be kept confidential. I may share general, anonymized examples or results for marketing purposes, but I will never share your specific business details without your permission.

Limitation of Liability

Shelly Wilson Social Coach provides coaching and educational services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, my total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to my services is limited to the amount you have paid for the specific service in question. I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes arising from these terms or my services will be resolved in the courts of Hendricks County, Indiana.

Changes to These Terms

I may update these terms from time to time. If significant changes are made, I will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of my services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
