Hi there! I'm Shelly Wilson, and I run Shelly Wilson Social Coach out of Plainfield, Indiana. I take your privacy seriously, and I want to be upfront about what information I collect, how I use it, and what your options are. When you visit my website, fill out a form, or sign up for my email list, I may collect the following:

• Business information: Your business name, industry, social media links, and other details you share through intake forms
• Payment information: Billing details you provide when purchasing coaching services (processed securely through Stripe; I never see or store your full card number)
• Website usage data: Standard information like your browser type, pages visited, and referring site, collected through cookies and similar technologies

I only collect information that you voluntarily provide or that is automatically gathered through normal website functionality.

How I Use Your Information

The information I collect is used to:

• Provide social media coaching services and strategy sessions
• Communicate with you about your coaching program or inquiries
• Send email newsletters and marketing content (only if you have opted in)
• Process payments for services
• Improve my website and the services I offer

I will never sell your personal information to third parties. Period.

Email Marketing

If you sign up for my email list, your name and email address are stored in Flodesk, my email marketing platform. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email. Once you unsubscribe, you will be removed from future marketing emails, though I may still contact you directly regarding active coaching services.

Payment Processing

All payments are handled through Stripe, a trusted and secure payment processor. When you make a payment, your card information goes directly to Stripe. I do not store your credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details on my website or in my records. You can review Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

Third-Party Services

My website and business rely on a few third-party tools:

• Stripe for payment processing
• Flodesk for email marketing
• Google Fonts for website typography (which may collect basic usage data per Google's privacy policy)

Each of these services has its own privacy policy, and I encourage you to review them if you have questions about how they handle data.

Cookies

My website may use cookies, which are small text files stored on your device. These help with basic site functionality and analytics. Most browsers allow you to control or disable cookies through settings. Disabling cookies should not significantly affect your experience on my site.

If you are a coaching client, I retain your information for the duration of our working relationship and for a reasonable period afterward for records. Email subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe.

• Request access to the personal information I have on file for you
• Request deletion of your personal information (subject to any legal or contractual obligations I may have to retain certain records)
